NON EXCLUSIVE (LEASING) LICENSE
MP3 Lease:
You will receive an MP3 file of the untagged beat. You will receive the beat immediately by email (along with this license agreement upon purchase). Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies and receive up to 100,000 streams across platforms. Selling more than 2,000 copies or exceeding 100,000 streams means you must acquire a new non-exclusive lease or the exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You are NOT allowed to enable Content ID for your recording. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (TerryVibes) on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, TerryVibes still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
WAV Lease:
You will receive a WAV file of the untagged beat & MP3. You will receive the beat immediately by email (along with this license agreement upon purchase). Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 5,000 copies and receive up to 200,000 streams across platforms. Selling more than 5,000 copies or exceeding 200,000 streams means you must acquire a new non-exclusive lease or the exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You are NOT allowed to enable Content ID for your recording. You will receive the beat immediately by email (along with this license agreement upon purchase). Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 10,000 copies and receive up to 500,000 streams across platforms. Selling more than 10,000 copies or exceeding 500,000 streams means you must acquire a new non-exclusive lease or the exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You are NOT allowed to enable Content ID for your recording. The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat, except for prior leasing rights holders and as showcase on his own promotional page (no downloads there). The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit to the seller (TerryVibes) on all commercial recordings.
